摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,起着承上启下的重要作用。随着"互联网+"的概念成为各方面的热点、焦点,网络教育迎来了前所未有的机遇,其与住培相结合成为不可阻挡的时代潮流。本研究以网络教育具有的"资源共享、基地互联、学习自主、培训互动、直观形象"优势为切入点,重点阐述以数字化临床案例库建设为主线的网络教育内容建设,并给出网络教育在住培工作中应用的相关建议,使住培能享受技术更新在培训效率性、经济性、平等性等方面带来的好处。The standardized residency training is an important part of graduate education,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and following courses.With the"Internet+"concept has become the focus of all aspects,the network education embraces unprecedented development opportunities,and the combination of standardized residency training become an irresistible trend of the times.In this paper,we take the preponderance of network education"resource sharing,base interconnection,learning autonomy,training interaction,intuitive image"as the starting point,focusing on the use of the case as the main content of the standardized residency training characteristics,We present the relevant recommendations for the application of online education in the standardized training of residents so that we can enjoy the benefits of technological innovation in training efficiency,economy,equality and so on.
