核医学住院医师规范化培训面临的问题及改进措施

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学生毕业后成为合格医师的必由之路。核医学是医学影像学的重要组成部分,目前已成为住培轮转的科室之一,但其功能成像、教学方法及临床思维有其特殊性。本研究分析探讨核医学科住培的现状及面临的问题,参照放射科及其他医院的成熟经验,依据核医学的实际情况,强化入科教育,提高对核医学专业的认识程度,消除住培学员对辐射的恐惧;针对不同专业、不同基础的住培学员,制定个体化的带教方案;通过一对一带教,定期理论授课,开展医学影像信息系统(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems,PACS)教学,开展病例讨论,实施个性化考核,充分调动住培学员学习的积极性,才能培养其独立思考问题、分析问题并解决问题的能力,提高核医学科住培的效率。Standardized residency training is the only way for medical students to become qualified doctors after graduation.Department of nuclear medicine,an important part of medical imaging,has now become one of the rotational departments in standardized residency training.However,the functional imaging methods,teaching methods and clinical thinking of this specialty have its own particularity.This study explored the present situations and problems of standardized residency training programs in nuclear medicine.Using the matured experience of training radiologists from other hospitals for reference,conclusions of the study suggested strengthening department-entrance education,improving the understanding of nuclear medicine and reducing residents’fear for radiation according to the actual situation of department of nuclear medicine.For residents of different majors and different levels,we have designed personalized training plans.In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and develop their independent thinking,problemanalyzing and problem-solving abilities,we have arranged one-to-one teaching,regular theoretical lectures and PACS system classes,organized case discussions and implemented personalized assessment.As a result,the efficiency of standardized residency training of nuclear medicine can be improved.
