摘　　要：目的探讨多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)基因启动子区域-141Cins/del基因多态性与农村自杀未遂的关联性。方法按照1∶1配对病例对照研究设计，在山东农村选取371对自杀未遂者及正常对照为研究对象，运用聚合酶链式反应-连接酶检测反应(PCR-LDR)检测基因多态性。结果ins基因频率和ins/ins基因型在自杀未遂者中出现的频率均显著高于正常对照人群(P＜0.001)。单因素Logistic回归分析发现ins/ins基因型携带者自杀未遂的风险为del等位基因携带者的2.11倍(95%CI：1.43~3.12)，调整负性生活事件、精神疾病和教育水平的影响后，ins/ins基因型携带者自杀未遂的风险为del等位基因携带者的2.28(95%CI：1.28~4.07)。结论DRD2-141Cins/del(rs1799732)多态性可能是自杀未遂的独立危险因素之一。Objective To explore the association between DRD2promoter-141C ins/del(rs1799732)polymorphisms and suicidal attempt in rural areas,China.Methods The samples consisted of three hundred and seventy-one suicide attempters and the same number of healthy controls.Polymerase chain reaction and ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR)were performed to detect the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of-141C ins/del.Results Compared to the controls,the ins allele frequency and ins/ins genotype frequency in suicide attempters were significantly higher(P<0.001).Univariate Logistic regression model revealed that the ins/ins genotype was a risk factor for suicidal attempt(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.43~3.12,P<0.001).After adjusting the factors of negative life events,education levels,and mental disorders,the risk of attempted suicide for ins/ins genotype carrier was higher than del allele carriers(OR=2.28.95%CI:1.28~4.07).Conclusion DRD2-141C ins/del(rs1799732)polymorphism might be an independent risk factor for suicidal attempt.
