保妇康栓联合干扰素在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中的疗效观察及对生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓联合干扰素在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年7月~2017年10月科室收治的100例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,随机数字法分为对照组(n=50例)和观察组(n=50例)。对照组CINI级患者及CINⅡ~Ⅲ级宫颈锥形切除术后患者给予保妇康栓治疗,观察组CINⅠ级患者及CINⅡ~Ⅲ级宫颈锥形切除术后患者给予保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗。采用SF-36生活质量评分量表从身体健康、心理健康、社会关怀及环境因素对两组治疗前后生活质量进行评估,记录两组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月及24个月HPV转阴情况,比较两组临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。结果两组治疗后3个月HPV转阴率无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月、12个月及24个月HPV转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组连续治疗3个月后阴道排液量、住院时间、平均愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月身体健康、心理健康、社会关怀及环境因素评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后3个月不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者效果理想,有助于提高患者生活质量及HPV转阴率,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence of Bao Fu Kang Shuan combined with interferon on the quality of life in patients with cervical epithelial neoplasm.Methods100patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected from July2016to October2017in our hospital,and they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random number method.Patients with CINI class and CINII~Ⅲclass after cervical conization in control group were given Bao Fu Kang Shuan treatment,Patients with CINI class and CINII~Ⅲclass after cervical conization in observation group were given Bao Fu Kang Shuan treatment combined with interferon treatment.The SF-36life quality rating scale was used to evaluate the quality of life in physical health,mental health,social care,and environmental factors for both the two groups before and after treatment.HPV detection,clinical effect,and the impact on the quality of life are compared after treatment for3months,6months,12months and24months after treatment.Results There was no statistical significance in HPV overcast ratio after treatment for3months between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of HPV overcast rateof patients in6months,12months and24months after treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After3months of continuous treatment of the vaginal discharge,the duration of hospitalization and the average healing time,the observation group was less(shorter)than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physical health,mental health,social care and environmental factors of patients in observation group were higher than that in the control group in three months after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bao Fu Kang Shuan with interferon therapy on patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is ideal.It helps to improve patient’s quality of life and HPV overcast rate,and reduce the incidence of complications
