活血化浊解毒汤联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者血清激素水平的影响及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析活血化浊解毒汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者血清激素水平的影响。方法选取2014年3月~2016年4月期间我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者102例,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用米非司酮治疗,研究组采用活血化浊解毒汤联合米非司酮治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生以及对患者血清激素水平的影响。结果治疗前两组患者的子宫和肿瘤体积没有明显差异(P>0.05),治疗完成后均缩小,且研究组明显小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组治疗有效率分别为96.1%、76.5%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、皮肤瘙痒、潮热等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血清中黄体生成素、孕激素、雌二醇、促卵泡素的水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗完成后均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用活血化浊解毒汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤,可以有效缩小患者的子宫和肿瘤体积,减少不良反应,降低血清中相关激素水平。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone for treatment of patients with uterine fibroids and its influence on serum hormone levels.Methods102patients with uterine fibroids were selected fromMarch2014toApril2016year in our hospital,they were divided into control group and study groupaccording to the different treatment methods.The patients in control group were treated with mifepristone treatment,while the patients in study group was treated with Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone treatment.Serum hormone level and adverse reactions of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the volume of uterus and tumor before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);the volume of uterus and tumor of patients after the completion of treatment were reduced in both two groups,the volume of uterus and tumor of paients in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of patientsafter completion of therapy were96.1%and76.5%inthe study group and the control group with,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of patients in the study group such as nausea and vomiting,headache,dizziness,skin itching,hot flashes and the incidence were significantly lower than that in the control group during treatment(P<0.05);the luteal serum erythropoietin,progesterone,estradiol,and follicle stimulating hormone levelsof patientshad noobvious differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the luteal serum erythropoietin,progesterone,estradiol,and follicle stimulating hormone levelsof patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control groupafter the completion of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone therapy for uterine fibroids patients can effectively reduce the uterus and tumor volume,the incidence of adverse reactions in the
