玉屏风散辅助治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及对抗肿瘤免疫的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风散辅助治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及对抗肿瘤免疫的影响。方法收集2012年3月~2015年7月间在本院接受治疗的原发性肝癌患者80例,按照随机数表法均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受姑息性手术治疗,观察组患者接受姑息性手术^+玉屏风散辅助治疗,持续3个月。分别于治疗前和治疗后1个月检测两组患者的血清肝癌标志物、Th1/Th2细胞免疫指标含量以及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的血清肝癌标志物、Th1/Th2细胞免疫指标含量,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组患者血清肝癌标志物AFP、GP73、FER含量低于对照组;血清Th1细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ含量高于对照组,Th2细胞因子IL-6、IL-10含量低于对照组;外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值高于对照组患者,CD8^+T淋巴细胞水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散辅助治疗可降低原发性肝癌的恶性程度,增强抗肿瘤免疫。Objective To study the influence of Yupingfeng powder adjuvant therapy on treatment effect and antitumor immunity ofpatientswith primary liver cancer.Methods80primary liver cancer patients were chosen as research subjectsin our hospital during March2012to July2015,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table.The patients in control group were treated with palliative surgery,while those in observation group were treated with palliative surgery combined withYupingfeng powder,which lasted for3months.Serum liver cancer markers,Th1/Th2cell immune indices,peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were measuredbefore and1month after treatment.Results liver cancer markers,Th1/Th2cell immune indices,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsetsof patients in both groups hadno significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).Serum contents of hepatocellular carcinoma markers such AFP,GP73,FER of paients in observation group were lower than those in control group1month after treatment;serum contents of Th1cytokines such as TNF-α,IFN-γwere higher than those in control group1month after treatment,Th2cytokines such as IL-6,IL-10were lower than those in control group1month after treatment;levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio in observation group were higher than those in control group1month after treatment,CD8+T lymphocyte was lower than that in control group1month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Yupingfeng powder for treatment of patients can reduce the degree of malignancy in primary liver cancer,enhance the anti-tumor immunity.
