摘 要:目的探讨胶质瘤组织中Cl C-3表达变化及其对术后化疗效果的预测价值。方法 2012年6月~2016年3月间在本院接受治疗的胶质瘤患者78例,均接受手术+术后化疗。取术中胶质瘤组织、癌旁组织,采用Western blot法测定其中Cl C-3蛋白表达量。根据胶质瘤组织中Cl C-3蛋白的中位表达量将其分为高Cl C-3组和低Cl C-3组,各39例,对比不同Cl C-3蛋白表达量的胶质瘤患者的化疗效果差异。结果胶质瘤组织中Cl C-3蛋白表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。高Cl C-3组血清中胶质瘤标志物天冬酰胺内肽酶(AEP)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量高于低Cl C-3组,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的含量低于低Cl C-3组;血清中肿瘤生长相关指标血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)的含量高于低Cl C-3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤组织中Cl C-3蛋白表达量增加,且其表达量与胶质瘤术后化疗效果直接相关,可作为胶质瘤术后化疗效果预测的可靠指标。Objective To explore relationship between the ClC-3expression and prognosis of gliomas patients after operative chemotherapy.Methods78gliomas patients were selected as research subjects in our hospital from June2012to March2016.The expression of ClC-3protein was detected by Western blot in glioma tissues and adjacent tissues.According to the median expression of ClC-3protein in glioma tissue,all patients were divided into high ClC-3group and low ClC-3group,39cases in each group,and the difference of chemotherapeutic effect between the two groups was observed.Results The expression of ClC-3protein in glioma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).Serum contents of glioma markers such as AEP,BDNF,NSE in high ClC-3group were higher than those in lower ClC-3group,GFAP was lower than that in low ClC-3group;serum contents of tumor growth indexes such as PDGF,TGFβ,IGF-1were higher than those in low ClC-3group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ClC-3protein in glioma tissue increases,and its expression is directly related to the prognosis of postoperative chemotherapy of glioma.
