浅谈大学生如何学好“半导体物理学”

摘　　要："半导体物理学"是微电子类专业及电子科学与技术类专业大学生的必修课,是一门十分重要的基础课程。关于如何学好"半导体物理学",学习方法是很关键的,学生必须掌握符合自身特点的学习方法。本文主要以大学生学习"半导体物理学"的学习方法为切入点,结合刘恩科第七版教材、大学生的思维特征,总结得出"半导体物理学"的学习方法可以从四个方面下功夫:打好半导体物理基础,熟练半导体物理过程,培养半导体物理思想,养成半导体物理习惯。"Semiconductor physics"is a compulsory course for students majoring in microelectronics and electronic science and technology.It is a very important basic course.As to how to learn the semiconductor physics well,the learning method is very important.Students must master the learning methods which are in accord with their own characteristics.This article mainly focus on the method of learning the semiconductor physics for university students as the breakthrough point,considering the textbook and university students thinking characteristics,four aspects of methods for learning semiconductor physics are summed up:laying a foundation of semiconductor physics,familiarizing the process of semiconductor physics,training the thought of semiconductor physics,and forming the habit of semiconductor physics.
