摘　　要：本文首先说明了本科毕业设计的重要性,然后从学生、指导教师和管理三个方面入手简要分析了毕业设计质量不高的原因,最后从选题、考勤、进度和过程控制及学生分组等几个方面提出了提高毕业设计质量的探索性建议。This paper first describes the importance of graduation design,then briefly analyzes the reasons of causing low quality of graduation design from the aspects of students,teachers and management,at last proposes several exploratory suggestions to improve the quality of graduation design by strengthening the work of topic selecting,students'attendance,progress and process control and student grouping.
