Metapex糊剂治疗乳牙有窦型慢性根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察Metapex糊剂治疗乳牙有窦型慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法选择2016年1月至12月湖南省儿童医院口腔科收治乳牙有窦型慢性根尖周炎患儿110例(110颗)为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组接受氧化锌碘仿糊剂治疗,观察组接受Metapex糊剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效和视觉模拟评分。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、7d,观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Metapex糊剂治疗乳牙有窦型慢性根尖周炎疗效更佳,可作为临床治疗的优选方案推广使用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Metapex paste on chronic periapical periodontitis with sinus of deciduous teeth.Methods One hundred and eleven children(110)with chronic periapical periodontitis with sinus were selected from Department of Stomatology,Hunan Children's Hospital from January2016to December2016.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group of55cases.The control group received zinc iodoform paste,and the observation group received Metapex paste.The clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale were compared between the two groups.Results The effect in observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At1,3and7days after treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Metapex paste has a better therapeutic effect on deciduous teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis with sinus,which can be used as the preferred solution for clinical treatment.
