摘  要:通过熔融浇注法将废旧电池中的锌制备成银白色围棋子,并运用表面处理技术对其进行镀铜,制备金黄色围棋子。在实验过程中发现:在制备锌制围棋子上,浇注法制备锌制围棋子优于马弗炉法;在表面处理技术上,电镀铜优于化学镀铜。这种方法提升了锌的回收附加值,对锌的回收利用有一定意义。By heating,melting and pouring method,the zinc in waste batteries was prepared into silver white chessmen,and the surface was plated with copper by surface treatment technology to prepare golden chess pieces.In the experiment,it is found that the casting method is more convenient than Muffle furnace method in the preparation of the zinc chessmen,and the electrocoppering is superior to the electroless copper plating method in the surface treatment technology.The method improves the additional value of zinc recovery,which is of great significance to the recovery and utilization of zinc.
