摘 要:目的探讨基于移动方舱医院的情景教学法在护士灾害护理能力培训中的应用效果,并分析其影响因素。方法选取福建省立医院60名灾害救援护士,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30人,对照组接受常规理论培训,观察组在此基础上利用方舱医院进行情景模拟演练培训,比较两组护士培训后灾害护理能力。对观察组护士灾害护理能力进行单因素方差分析。结果观察组护士灾害护理能力三个维度各项得分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士灾害护理能力在学历(F=0.315,P=0.866)、性别(t=0.207,P=0.985)方面差异无统计学意义;在科室(F=2.452,P=0.041)、工作年限(t=2.170,P=0.045)、职称(t=1.767,P=0.049)方面差异有统计学意义。结论情景教学法结合移动方舱医院对护士进行实战情景演练培训,能够较好的解决护士灾害培训不切实际的问题,提高护士的灾害护理能力。此外,今后应根据护士所处的科室、职称、工作年限等特点构建培训体系,有效提高灾害护理能力。Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mobile hospital-based simulation in disaster nursing training and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of60disaster rescue nurses in Fujian Provincial Hospital participated in the study and were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given the routine training,while the observation group was provided with mobile hospital-based simulation training.The post-training disaster nursing capability of two groups was compared.The nursing capacity of the observation group was analyzed using one-way ANOVA.Results The score of each item in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Single factor analysis showed that educational background(F=0.315,P=0.866)and gender(t=0.207,P=0.985)in the observation group had no statistical significance on disaster nursing capability,while the department they worked in(F=2.452,P=0.041),their years of service(t=2.170,P=0.045)and professional title(t=1.767,P=0.049)had influence on their disaster nursing capability,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions The use of mobile hospital-based simulation in disaster nursing training can narrow the gap between training and job performance and improve the disaster nursing capability of nurses.Also,the training program should take into account what department the trainees work in and their professional titles and years of service.
