摘 要:创新是企业寻求技术突破和保持核心竞争力的主要途径,人们认识到企业文化、顾客参与和互联网平台对创新质量有重要影响,但它们之间的相互作用机理目前还不是很清楚。本文研究了创新文化、顾客创新、社交媒体与创新质量之间的关系,重点探索了顾客创新在创新文化与创新质量之间的中介作用,以及社交媒体在顾客创新与创新质量之间的调节作用。首先通过文献梳理提出了理论假设和概念模型,然后对江苏省35家创新型企业进行了问卷调查,运用结构方程模型和层次多元回归分析对所提假设和模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,创新文化与创新质量、顾客创新与创新质量、创新文化与顾客创新之间存在显著的正相关关系,顾客创新在创新文化对企业创新质量的影响过程中起到部分中介作用,社交媒体在顾客创新与创新质量之间起着重要的调节作用。研究结果揭示了创新质量及其相关影响因素之间的作用机理,对企业制订创新战略以及进行创新管理具有一定的启示作用。Innovation is the main approach for enterprises to achieve technological breakthroughs and maintain their core competitiveness.It is noticed that corporate culture,customer participation and Internet platforms have an important impact on innovation quality,but the interaction mechanism between them is still not clear.This paper tries to make a study of the relationship between innovation culture,customer innovation,social media and innovation quality,while focusing on the mediating role of customer innovation between innovation culture and innovation quality as well as the moderating role of social media between customer innovation and innovation quality.Based on literature review,some theoretical hypotheses and a conceptual model are proposed in the paper,which are later tested and verified,by a survey in questionnaire form to35companies for innovation in Jiangsu province,and using structural equation model and hierarchical multiple regression.The results show that there exists a significant positive correlation between any two of the three concepts of innovation culture,innovation quality and customer innovation respectively;customer innovation plays a partial mediating role between innovation culture and innovation quality;and social media can enhance the positive correlation between customer innovation and innovation quality.The interaction mechanism between innovation quality and its related factors is therefore revealed,which can assist to guide the enterprises in their decision-making process with regard to their strategies for technology innovation and innovation management.
