摘　　要：目的探讨患者对医生角色的认知。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对上海市某三级和二级医院的12名住院患者进行半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析。结果患者对医生角色认知可归纳为3个主题,即提供以患者为中心的照护、须具备良好的职业胜任能力和良好的职业素养。结论患者对医生角色的期望值高,尤其看重医生的医疗水平和以患者为中心的照护,就医经历影响患者对医生角色的认知。探究患者对医生角色的认知有助于医护人员辩证认识患者的心态,加强医患沟通,改善医患关系。Objective To explore the cognition of patients in the role of doctors.Methods A total of12patients in a Class III Grade I hospital and a Class II hospital were interviewed with semi-structured questions.The interviews were analyzed using phenomenological research method of Colaizzi7steps.ResultsThe cognition of doctors'role can be classified into3themes:providing patient centered care,should be competent in the field and should have good professional literacy.Conclusion The patients have high expectations of the role of the doctor,especially the medical level of the doctor and patient-centered care.Patients’experience could influence the perception of the role of the doctor.The research could help health providers to understand the patients’thoughts,improve the communication between doctors and patients,and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
