摘 要:传统风机网罩产品制造以手工制造为主,劳动强度大、生产效率低,难以形成自动化生产。为提高风机网罩产品制造效率,研制了针对风机网罩产品制造的点焊机器人工作站。介绍该工作站的组成和特点,阐述焊接夹具的设计,并提出焊接夹具设计的难点。通过控制焊接工艺参数来保证焊接质量。与焊条电弧焊及其他半自动焊接制造工艺相比,该工作站取得了高效率、高质量、柔性化生产效果。The traditional fan net cover products are mainly made by hand,with the labor intensity,low production efficiency charact-eristics,it is difficult to form an automated production.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of fan mesh products,the spot welding robot workstations for fan net cover products were developed.This paper describes the composition and characteristics of the workstation,and the design of the welding fixture is described,the welding fixture design difficulties are proposed.By controlling the welding process parameters,the quality of welding was ensured.Compared with manual welding and other semi-automatic welding manufacturing process,the workstation can achieve high efficiency,high quality,and flexible production.
