CYP2E1基因rs3813867位点多态性与客家人群胃癌遗传易感性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞色素P450(CYP2E1)基因单核苷酸位点rs3813867多态性与客家人群胃癌遗传易感性的相关性。方法:分别对梅州客家人群中52名健康体检者(对照组)和51例胃癌病人(胃癌组)的CYP2E1基因rs3813867位点进行基因分型及等位基因检测,评价该位点与胃癌易感性的关系。结果:CYP2E1基因rs3813867位点在梅州地区客家人群中存在GG、GC、CC多态性,在胃癌组和对照组中基因型分布频率分别为62.75%、33.33%、3.92%和59.62%、34.61%、5.77%,等位基因G、C分布频率分别为79.41%、20.59%和76.92%、23.08%,2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组人群性别和年龄<60岁者各基因型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2组人群年龄≥60者各基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CYP2E1基因单核苷酸rs3813867位点与客家人群胃癌的易感性无明显关系。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the polymorphisms of CYP2E1gene single nucleotide rs3813867and genetic susceptibility of gastric cancer in Hakkaness.Methods:The genotypes and alleles of CYP2E1rs381386in51gastric cancer patients(gastric cancer group)and52healthy people(control group)from Hakkaness in Meizhou area were detected,and the correlation between which and susceptibility of gastric cancer were evaluated.Results:The GG,GC and CC polymorphisms in CYP2E1rs381386in Hakkaness in Meizhou were found.The distribution frequency of GG,GC and CC genotypes in gastric cancer group was62.75%,33.33%and3.92%,respectively,and that in control group was59.62%,34.61%and5.77%,respectively.The distribution frequency of alleles of G and C in gastric cancer group and control group was79.41%&20.59%and76.92%&23.08%,respectively,and the differences of which between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of the genotype distribution frequency in different sex and≥60years old patients between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference of which in<60years old patients between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The genetic polymorphisms of CYP2E1rs3813867is not significantly correlated with the susceptibility of gastric cancer in Hakkaness.
