利用换铺设备更换新道岔的施工方法

摘　　要：以济南铁路局兖州北站144号单开道岔换铺施工为例,介绍人工拆除旧道岔后,利用道岔换铺设备对新道岔进行运输定位的施工方法;详细分析了在作业时间为210 min的条件下,施工过程中的主要工序步骤及控制要点,并形成了一套完整的施工方法;经现场施工检验,该施工方法效果良好,可为相关工程施工提供参考。Taking the single-opened turnout in No.144Yanzhou North Station of Jinan Railway Bureau as an example,this paper introduces the construction method of replacing the turnout with replacement equipment.It analyses the main procedure and control points when the operation time is210min and forms a set of construction method.Tests show that the method is effective and it can provide references for related construction.
