摘　　要：CFM56系列发动机是民用航空发动机史上最引人赞叹的成就,CFM国际公司是由法国斯奈克玛公司和美国通用电气公司组成的合资企业,这两家公司的此项合作也堪称是国际合作的典范。本文将就CFM56系列发动机的研发历史,论述CFM国际公司在该航空发动机项目成功背后的深层原因以及在激烈的国际市场竞争中长期立于不败之地的成功经验;阐明了航空发动机具有技术难度高、投资需求大、研制周期长、经营风险高等显著特点;简述了对中国航空发动机发展以及中国航空发动机集团争夺国际民航市场的借鉴思路。CFM56series engine is an amazing example in the civil aviation engine history.CFM international is composed of French SNECMA and American GE Corp joint venture,and the cooperation of two companies is also called a model of international cooperation.In this paper,CFM56series engine's development history is studied,and the successful experiences and lessons of the CFM international company in aero engine development project is demonstrated.Engine has high technical difficulty,long development cycle,and high business risk significantly.CFM56engine's successful experience has made an excellent example for the development of China's aero engine group and C919in the international aviation market.
