摘 要:为确定液体的可压缩性和气体含量对压电驱动器性能的影响,分别在不同的传递介质和加载压力下,研究了驱动器的输出速度和推力的变化规律。结果表明:以自来水为介质时,驱动器的最佳加载压力是0.07 MPa,最大输出速度和推力为13.83 mm/s,66.4 N,是压力为0时的1.17倍和1.29倍。以纯净水为介质时,驱动器的最佳加载压力是0.04 MPa,最大输出速度和推力为25.83 mm/s,92.6 N,是压力为0时的1.11倍和1.15倍;比采用自来水做介质时增长了1.87倍和1.39倍。加载合适压力后,驱动器的输出速度、推力、步长增加,且输出与电压(频率)的线性关系范围增大;系统中气体含量越少,驱动器达到最佳输出所需加载的压力越小,加载压力对驱动器的输出性能的影响越明显。In order to prove the impact of fluid compressibility and gas content on piezoelectric actuator performance,the variation of driver output speed and thrust is researched with different transmission mediums and variable pressures.The results show that when the medium is tap water,the best loading pressure is0.07MPa,the maximum output speed and thrust are13.83mm/s,66.4N,which are1.17times and1.29times of that pressure is0.With pure water as medium,the best loading pressure is0.04MPa,and the maximum outputs are92.6N,25.83mm/s,which are1.11times and1.15times of that pressure is0.Compared with that at tap water,the data at pure water increase1.87times and1.39times.When we load appropriate pressure,the driver output speed/thrust/step increases obviously,and the linear relationship between output and voltage(frequency)is increased.The less the gas content is in the system,the smaller lording pressure is needed to achieve the best output;then the effect of loading pressure is more obvious on the driver output performance.
