摘 要:从开采沉陷学科的研究历程出发,比较全面地总结了采动损害领域发展现状,结合国家社会环境发展趋势,提出在当前煤炭产业布置由中东部向西部转移,"三下"采煤进入延伸性时期,老矿区采空塌陷进入加速高发危险期以及物联网+大数据技术应用爆发期等新常态下,采动损害领域面临的新挑战与新机遇。基于采动力学与岩层移动的理论基础,从多尺度力学行为角度思考采动损害领域需要进一步研究的科学问题,并提出"地层修复"概念,探讨采动损害防控技术研究的新思路。Starting from the studying process of mining subsidence science,then development status of mining damage field were summarized overall,with development tendency of national social environment,and coal industry distribution should be transferred from mid east region to western region was put forward,“three unders”mining enter into extensible period,gob area and collapse of old mine area accessed speedy and danger time,under new normal of internet of things and large data technique application outbreak,and mining damage field would faced new challenge and new chances Based on mining mechanics and stratum movement theory,then some sciences problems of mining damage field need be studied were studied from multiple spatial scale mechanics behavior aspects,and‘stratum repairing’notion was put forward,new ideas of mining damage prevention and control technique were discussed
