香砂养胃丸联合替普瑞酮胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究香砂养胃丸联合替普瑞酮胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察。方法:选取慢性萎缩性胃炎患者90例,将90例性萎缩性胃炎患者按照随机数表的方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组和观察组各45例。对照组患者服用替普瑞酮胶囊进行治疗,替普瑞酮胶囊每次口服50mg(1粒),每日3次;观察组在对照组的基础上增服香砂养胃丸进行治疗。香砂养胃丸口服,一次9克,一日2次,服药2疗程后,观察疗效;疗效评估参考两组患者的治疗后的总有效率、胃黏膜转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β1)、信号传导蛋白((R-Smad3)水平及不良反应率数据。结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为95.6%、80.0%,观察组高于对照组,数据差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应率分别为2.2%、0%,数据差异对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:香砂养胃丸联合替普瑞酮胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效显著,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the Xiangsha Yangwei pill combined with teprenone capsules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis observation.Methods:90patients with chronic with atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table.There were45patients in the control group and the experimental group.GGA capsules each oral50mg(1grain),3times a day;the experimental group on the basis of the control group increased service Xiangshayangwei pill treatment.Xiangshayangwei oral pill once9grams,2times a day,taking2courses of treatment effects were observed;The total effective rate of two groups of patients after treatment,gastric mucosal transforming growth factor(growth factor transforming beta,TGF beta1),signal transduction protein(R Smad3)levels and adverse reaction rate data were referred.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were95.6%and80.0%respectively,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,Data difference comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rates of the experimental group and the control group were2.2%and0%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Yangwei pill combined with teprenone capsule treatment chronic atrophy gastritis curative effect is remarkable,and has important clinical value.
