中药灌肠配合康复训练治疗晚期癌症并肠梗阻患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药灌肠方联合康复训练治疗晚期癌症并肠梗阻患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取晚期癌症并肠梗阻患者78例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上给予中药灌肠方配合康复训练治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、生活质量改善情况、住院时间、3个月内复发率等。结果:两组总有效率比较的差异显著,其中治疗组(82.05%)高于对照组(64.10%)(P<0.05)。两组临床症状缓解相关指标的差异均显著,其中治疗组的改善更显著(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组生活质量改善率更高、减退率更低(P<0.05);治疗组患者的住院时间显著较对照组缩短,3个月内复发率显著较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠方联合康复训练治疗晚期癌症并肠梗阻患者的临床疗效显著,改善临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,降低近期复发率,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of enema with Chinese herbal medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of advanced cancer with intestinal obstruction.Methods:advanced cancer and intestinal obstruction as the research object were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the patients in the treatment group were given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with rehabilitation training treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared and clinical the remission of symptoms to improve the situation,quality of life time,hospitalization time,recurrence rate within3months.Results:There were significant differences in total efficiency between the two groups,in which the treatment group(82.05%)was higher than the control group(64.10%)(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the clinical symptoms of the two groups,the improvement of treatment group was more significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the quality of life improved in the treatment group was higher and the decrease rate was lower(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine enema combined with rehabilitation training for advanced cancer patients with intestinal obstruction is significant,improving clinical symptom,improving the quality of life and reducing the recurrence rate.
