支持型教学在“5+3”培养模式下临床实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：在"5+3"医学人才培养模式推广初期,合格的临床实践带教教师资源匮乏,支持型教学是以教师的具体教育行为为主要途径,在优化教师教学行为的基础上,可以提高教师素质,强大师资队伍。通过解读支持型教学的内涵、影响及评估方式,探讨支持型教学在临床实践教学中的应用。Objective During early phase of promoting“5+3”medical talents′training mode,qualified tutors are lacking for clinical practice.The specific teaching behavior of teachers is the main way of need supportive teaching.On the foundation of optimizing teaching behavior,they can improve teaching quality and make stronger faculties.By interpreting contents of need supportive teaching,its influencing factors and assessment methods,we discuss application of supportive education for clinical practice teaching.
