摘　　要：目的研究大鼠肝损伤后不同时间Neuritin和热休克蛋白60(HSP60)的表达,探讨Neuritin和HSP60在大鼠肝损伤修复过程中的作用。方法将126只SD大鼠随机分为肝损伤组、骨折组和正常组,分别检测各组术后6 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d和14 d 7个时间点的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度,并取肝组织行苏木精-伊红和免疫组织化学法染色,观察肝脏病理学改变及Neuritin、HSP60的表达。结果肝损伤组大鼠血清ALT、AST浓度在6 h、12 h、1 d时高于骨折组、正常组(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学法结果表明,肝损伤组大鼠Neuritin和HSP60的表达水平在各个时间点(6 h除外)高于骨折组、正常组(P<0.05),且两者的表达水平均呈先升高后降低的趋势,骨折组大鼠HSP60的表达水平在12 h、1 d时高于正常组(P<0.05),骨折组大鼠Neuritin的表达水平与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Neuritin与HSP60相互作用,可能是促进肝损伤修复的重要因素。Objective To detect the expressions of neuritin and HSP60in traumatic liver tissues of rats at different time,and discuss the effect of neuritin and HSP60on the repair of injuried hepatic tissue.Methods One hundred and twenty-six SD rats were randomly divided into liver injury group(group A),fracture group(group B)and normal group(group C).In each group,the serum concentrations of ALT and AST were respectively measured at seven time points(6and12h,1,3,5,7and14d),HE staining and immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expressions of neuritin and HSP60in the liver tissue of the rats.Results At the time of6h,12h and1d,serum concentrations of ALT and AST in the group A were higher than those in the group B and the group C(P<0.05).The immunohistochemical staining results indicated the expressions of neuritin and HSP60in the group A at the time points from12h to14d were significantly higher than those in the group B and the group C(P<0.05).The expression of HSP60in the group B was higher than that in the group C at12h and in1d(P<0.05).And the expressions of neuritin and HSP60increased at first and then decreased.Conclusions The interaction between neuritin and HSP60may play an important role in hepatic self-repair after traumatic liver injury.
