摘 要:目的探讨强化口部肌肉训练对功能性构音障碍(functional articulation disorders,FAD)患儿语音清晰度(phonetic intelligibility,PI)的影响。方法将80例4~7岁FAD患儿随机分为常规训练组和综合训练组各40例,两组患儿均接受相同的常规语音训练,综合训练组在此基础上增加对口部肌肉的强化训练;在训练前和训练3个月后利用语音清晰度测试字表对患儿进行语音评估,比较两组训练前后PI。结果训练前常规训练组和综合训练组的PI分别为34.54%±7.28%、33.52%±7.46%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练3个月后常规训练组PI为77.02%±4.21%,综合训练组PI为87.54%±4.31%,训练后两组患儿PI均较训前有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且综合训练组患儿PI明显高于常规训练组(t=-8.862,P<0.001)。结论强化口部肌肉训练有利于提高FAD患儿语音清晰度。Objective To explore the effects of the mouth-muscle strengthening training on the phonetic intelligibility(PI)of children with functional articulation disorders(FAD).Methods A total of80children of4to7years old with FAD were randomly divided into the common group(n=40)and comprehensive group(n=40).Both groups accepted routine speech training,and the comprehensive group was given mouth muscles training additionally.All the children received the assessment of speech before the speech training and3months after the training.Results Before the speech training,the PIs of the common and comprehensive groups were34.54%and33.52%,respectively.The differences between the2groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After3months of speech training,the PI in the common group increased to77.02±4.21%from34.54±7.28%of the baseline,while in the comprehensive group,the PI increased to87.54±4.31%from33.52±7.46%.In both groups,the PIs after training were significantly higher than those of before the training respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PIs in the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of in the common group.The differences were statistically significant(t=-8.862,P<0.001).Conclusion Strengthening the mouth muscles is beneficial to improve the PI of children with FAD.
