摘　　要：目的建立规范的妇产科专科生物样本库,发挥临床样本资源在基础和临床转化医学研究中的重要作用。妇产科专科生物样本库的建立对妇产科相关疾病的早期检测、预防和治疗有着重要意义。方法确定知情同意书内容并通过院伦理委员会审批,建立妇产科专科生物样本库组织和管理形式,确定样本质量管理的内容,以期为临床科研提供高质量样本。结果建立了一套标准的样本采集和处理操作流程,到目前为止共收集到妇产科相关疾病29个病种的7万余份样本。结论对出库的样本随机抽取一定数量进行质量检测,大部分样本质量均达到质控要求,可用于下游的科学研究。Objective To establish standardized obstetric and gynecologic biobank,clinical human specimens have a great role in basic and clinical translational research.The establishment and administration of obstetric and gynecologic biobank is of high importance in early detection,prevention,and treatment of related diseases.Methods We established the informed consent and get the ethics committee allowed and explored the establishment,maintenance and comprehensive quality management of the obstetric and gynecologic biobank,so as to provide high quality service for researchers.Results This study established a standard operation procedure of sample collection and processing.We have collected a total of29kinds of70000samples with obstetric and gynecologic related diseases.Conclusion A number of outbound samples to undergo our quality control test were randomly selected.The results showed that most samples meet the standard of quality control and the needs of scientific research.
