摘  要:帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种常见的中老年中枢神经系统变性疾病。PD的发病机制尚不明确,目前主要认为与年龄老化、氧化应激、环境因素、遗传易感性等因素密切相关。而最近研究发现尿酸作为体内天然的抗氧化剂,可通过清除超氧化物、自由基以及鳌合铁离子等途径,降低PD的患病风险,减轻PD的运动症状和非运动症状。血尿酸水平检测可能成为早期诊断PD的可靠手段,而适当提高血尿酸水平可能为预防、治疗PD提供新的路径。Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common middle-aged and elderly central nervous system degeneration disease.The pathogenesis of PD is not yet clear.Aging,oxidative stress,environmental factors,genetic susceptibility and other factors are considered to be the main pathogenesis of PD.The recent study found that uric acid as a natural antioxidant in the body can reduce the risk of PD and significantly reduce PD motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms through the removal of superoxide,free radicals,and chelating iron ions and other means.Blood uric acid level testing may be a reliable means of early diagnosis of PD,and appropriately increasing serum uric acid levels,which may provide a new path for the prevention and treatment of PD.
