个案追踪法在神经内科护理教学查房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究个案追踪法在神经内科护理教学查房中的应用结果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年10月我院接收诊治的神经内科相关病症患者60例作为研究样本,均为我院依据相关标准确诊的神经内科相关病症患者。在护理查房过程中运用个案追踪法,依据患者病症的发展情况及患者机体状况实施专业护理小组,展开护理服务并对护理治疗实施跟踪监督。结果个案追踪法前后,患者对护理工作的满意度以及护理人员的专业技能评分均有所有上涨,较之实施前更优,前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理查房过程中运用个案追踪法,护理结果显著,对护理治疗的提升具有积极作用,同时能够确保患者获得专业性较强的优质护理服务,提升相关护理人员的专业技能。Objective To explore the application results of case tracking method in nursing teaching in neurology department.Methods From August2016to October2017,60patients with neurology related diseases received and treated by our hospital were selected as the research samples.All the patients in the department of neurology were diagnosed in our hospital according to the relevant standards.In the process of nursing rounds,the case tracking method was applied to carry out the professional nursing team according to the development of patients'condition and the state of patients'body.Results Before and after the case tracking method,patients'satisfaction with nursing work and nurses'professional skills score all increased,which was better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing ward rounds,by applying the method of case tracking care results significantly,has a positive effect to the promotion of nursing treatment,at the same time to ensure that patients get professional strong high quality nursing service,improve nurses'professional skills.
