摘　　要：目的探讨不同方式运用于心跳呼吸骤停患者心肺复苏中的效果。方法选取本院急诊科2016年10月—2017年12月收治的86例心跳呼吸骤停患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为研究组和对照组。将两组血氧饱和度、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、收缩压等观测指标进行对比,同时对比两组心肺复苏按压有效率。结果研究组血氧饱和度、氧分压与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二氧化碳分压、收缩压均高于对照组;研究组心肺复苏按压有效率为95.35%,对照组心肺复苏按压有效率为81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.471,P=0.002)。结论采用心肺复苏机对心跳呼吸骤停患者实施CPR效果更明显,对改善患者基本体征、提高心肺复苏按压有效率、提高抢救成功率等方面均具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of different ways in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest.Methods86cases of cardiac arrest in the emergency department of our hospital from October2016to December2017were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The two groups of blood oxygen saturation,oxygenpartial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and systolic pressure were compared,and two groups of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the blood oxygen saturation and oxygen partial pressure in the study group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The partial pressure and systolic pressure of carbon dioxide were higher than those of the control group.The effective rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the study group was95.35%,and the effective rate of CPR in the control group was81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.471,P=0.002).Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine is more effective in the implementation of CPR for patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest.It has a positive effect on improving the basic signs of patients,improving the effective rate of CPR and improving the success rate of rescue.
