摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是脾胃科常见病、多发病,属于中医"泄泻"范畴,近年来发病率增高,西药疗效欠佳。中医外治法在IBS-D的治疗方面取得了很大的进步,多种外治法如针刺、灸法、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线、灌肠、耳穴贴压等单法及联合外治法等均取得较好效果,在临床上具有较大的应用前景。文章旨在论述IBS-D的多种中医外治法,以期更好地指导临床。Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome is a common disease of the spleen and stomach,and it belongs to the category of“diarrhea”in traditional Chinese medicine.The morbidity is increasing and the effect of Western medicine is not obvious in recent years.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel has made great progress,a variety of external treatment such as acupuncture,moxa-moxibustion,acupoint sticking,acupuncture point bury a line,enema,auricular application pressure such as single method and combined the effect of external treatment,etc.,and has great application prospect in clinic.This paper aims to review the various traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,with a view to better guiding clinical practice.
