前牙即刻种植和常规种植修复后组织稳定性比较

摘　　要：目的:比较前牙区即刻种植和常规种植两组病例修复后组织的稳定性差异。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年1月来本院进行牙前区牙位进行种植治疗的健康患者60名。分别于修复后6个月,1年和2年比较两组牙龈乳头近远中高度和种植体周骨吸收量。结果:修复6个月,两组近中龈乳头平均增高和远中龈乳头平均增高有统计学差异(P<0.05);修复1年和2年后,两组近中龈乳头平均增高、远中龈乳头平均增高、唇侧龈缘水平平均丧失比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后6个月骨吸收量间有统计学差异,术后1年和2年两组间骨吸收量无统计学差异。结论:两组病例在修复后2年内都显示出良好的稳定性,前牙区的即刻种植与常规种植在修复后的近期效果相当,但即刻种植在缩短疗程方面显然要优于常规种植。Objective:Compared the differences in the tissue stability between the immediately implanted and the routinely implanted of anterior tooth.Methods:Sixty health subjects who underwent dental implants in our hospital from January2017to January2018.Respectively at6months,1year and2years after repaired,the gingival papilla near and far distance,peri-implant bone resorption were compared.Results:After repaired6months,there was a significant difference between theaverage increase of proximal and distal gingival papilla in the two groups(P<0.05).After repaired1year and2years,the average increase of proximal and distal gingival papilla,and the average loss of gingival margin of the labial margin were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in bone resorption between the two groups at6months post operative,and there was no significant difference in bone resorption between the two groups at1year and2years post operative.Conclusion:Both groups showed good stability within2years after repaired.The immediately implanted in the anterior teeth was comparable to the routinely implanted ones,but immediately implanted was clearly superior to the routinely implanted in shorten the duration of the repair.
