摘 要:为准确地考察、分析液化气船C型独立液舱支承结构区域的载荷传递及应力分布,根据最新的《国际散装运输液化气体船舶构造与设备规则》及船级社规范的要求,采用支承区域非线性接触分析方法,选取37500m3乙烷运输船作为研究对象,建立液舱有限元模型,对独立液舱的支承区域进行非线性接触分析,并将该方法与基于杆单元模拟的线性静态分析方法进行对比,获取C型独立液舱结构与层压木的受力特征。计算结果表明,采用非线性接触分析方法所得结果的精度更高。In order to accurately check and analyze the load transfer and stress distribution in the region of the support structures of Type-C independent liquid tank on liquefied gas carriers,this paper uses the nonlinear contact analysis method to study the support regions according to the requirement of the latest edition of International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk and the rules of classification societies.A37500m3ethane carrier is taken as the object when the liquid tank finite element model is established to perform nonlinear contact analysis of the support regions.Then the method is compared with the static analysis method which is based on truss elements to obtain stress characteristics of Type-C independent tank and the laminated wood.The calculation result shows that the nonlinear contact analysis method is more accurate.
