固定-可摘联合修复进行咬合重建的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨固定-可摘联合修复进行咬合重建的规范化临床修复及效果分析。方法:分析患者牙列缺损情况,在完成牙周系统治疗、牙体牙髓治疗后,制定系统的固定-可摘咬合重建修复计划。结合患者息止颌位、面部比例协调性,采用直接咬合法恢复患者的咬合高度,制作固定修复诊断蜡型,评价修复效果,并制作固定修复导板,在导板引导完成固定部分的牙体预备,然后再制作球帽附着体活动义齿部分,完成咬合重建的固定-活动联合修复评价。结果:通过规范化的操作流程,完成固定-活动联合修复体的设计和临床制作,最终获得满意的功能和美观效果。结论:对于牙列缺损的咬合丧失患者,固定-可摘联合修复是一种行之有效的方法。Objective To discuss the Standardized clinical repair procedure of Occlusal Restoration with Fixed-removable denture and study the clinical effects.Methods The patient's dentition defect was analyzed and the overall Occlusal Restoration plan was been developed after the periodontal and endodontic treatment.Patient's occlusion height was restored with certain methods,viz rest jaw position,esthetic facial proportion and Checkbite method.The wax-up was made to evaluate the repair effect and tooth preparation was performed by guide plate.The Occlusal Restoration was accomplished while Fixed-removable denture was connected with ball-cap attachment.Results Through standardized operation procedure,the Occlusal Restoration plan was been developed and Fixed-removable denture was made.The satisfactory functional and aesthetic effect was finally procured.Conclusion Fixed-removable denture is the optimal solution to those has dentition defected and occlusal support loss.
