摘　　要：近年来,"普世价值"思潮再度活跃,给高校意识形态工作有效性带来了新的挑战,高校意识形态工作者须积极应对,充实意识形态课堂的教学内容,提升意识形态在实践领域的执行能力,创新主流意识形态传播的话语表达方式,争夺以网络为主的舆论斗争战场,增强高校意识形态工作的有效性。In recent years,the universal value has been active again,which brings newchallenges to the ideological work in colleges anduniversities.The ideological workers in colleges and universities must actively respond to enrich the teaching content of the ideologicalclassroom and enhance the implementation ability of ideology in practice,innovate mainstream ideology of the spread of words expression,compete for the network-based public opinion struggle battlefield,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological work in collegesand universities.
