摘  要:试讲对学前教育专业本科生教育实践能力的提升具有重要作用,但学生在试讲训练时存在一些不足,有待进一步完善和改进。本研究采用文献法、访谈法和问卷法等方法,对地方高校学前教育专业本科生的试讲训练现状及存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进措施。从而使试讲训练方案及相应条件的提供更契合学生成长实际,提高试讲训练效果,为幼儿园教师的职前培养改革提供参考。Trial teaching education plays an important role in improving the practial ability of undergraduates majoring in pre-school education.However,there exist some deficiencies in the trial teaching,which need to be improved.The literature review,interview andquestionaire are adopted to make an analysis of the status quo of trial teaching and its sequent problems,because of which some solutionsare propounded.The purpose of doing so is to make the trial teaching training plan as well as its relevant conditions adapt to undergraduates’developmentand improve the training effect,providing some suggetions or advice for the pre-job training of kindergarten teachers.
