摘　　要：肝脏移植手术是终末期肝病患者唯一有效的治疗措施。在供体短缺的环境下,心脏死亡供体(DCD)成为了获取供肝的重要途径。随着DCD肝移植的开展,许多问题急需解决,建立稳定的大鼠DCD原位肝移植模型是研究的基础。该文就建立稳定的大鼠DCD原位肝移植模型中的大鼠,手术麻醉,术前准备,热缺血时间,保存液,灌洗保存方式,手术操作,术后监护等关键性问题近年来的研究进展及存在的问题进行综述,为选择恰当的建模方法提供参考。Liver transplantation is the only effective treatment for patients with end-stage liver disease.In the case of the donor shortage,donation after cardiac death(DCD)becomes an important way to obtain the donor liver.With the development of DCD liver transplantation,many problems need to be solved urgently,and it is foundation of study to Make a stable model of DCD orthotopic liver transplantation in rats.Therefore,here is to make a systematic review on the key issues of the model,Including rats,anesthesia,preoperative preparation,warm ischemia time,preservation solution,perfusion and preservation,operation and postoperative care,and summarize research progress and the existing problems in recent years to provide references for modeling method selection.
