摘 要:文章结合被动悬架与主动悬架的优点设计了一种多功能独立悬架及控制系统,其中以一款装配双纵臂独立悬架的桑塔纳为例,计算底盘抬升效果。其中,控制系统包括碰撞安全模式、主动巡航模式和手动输入模式,控制模块完成多种车载传感器采集信号的运算并发生指令控制汽车底盘抬升或降低高度;改善汽车在恶劣路况下的行驶通过性,在平直良好路面上操控稳定性,以及在汽车发生碰撞过程中减少车内人员伤害。In this paper,a multifunctional independent suspension and its control system are designed with combining the advantages of passive suspension and active suspension.Take Santana with double longitudinal arm independent suspension as an example to calculate the uplift effect of the chassis.The control system includes the collision safety model,active cruising mode and manual input mode.The control modules make decisions according to the signals collected by a variety of vehicle sensors to control the lift or height of the chassis.This multifunctional independent suspension can improve driving through bad road conditions,control stability on high speed and reducing the injury of personnel in chamber in a collision for the vehicle.
