“怨”的心理分析及其消解

摘　　要："怨"从词的态式看,有前态式和后态式;怨,作为一种复杂的情绪,大体有由外而内后再经过归因至由内而外的双重动态过程;对"怨"进行不同的归因会有不同的心理反应,自然取向者与自主取向者的归因方式与结果均有所不同,社会比较等是"怨"的群体归因的重要心理机制;怨是影响心理和谐的重要因素,对于不同"怨"的情形应该有善待、消融和消解等不同策略。The word form of"resentment"consists of pre-form and post-form.As a kind of mood,resentment has dual dynamic processes containing gong form outside to inside and the opposite one.Different attribution analyses on"resentment"will result in different psychological responses.The attribution styles and results from natural orientation and autonomous orientation are different.Resentment is a major factor affecting psychological harmony,so different strategies should be taken in dealing with different resentment.
