摘　　要：本文结合核电工程建设特点和班组建设问题分析,提出核电工程安质环卓越型班组内涵和特点,并通过实施班组长注册、内容标准形式多样化、班组分级动态管理、设置班组推进者、正向激励等实践,切实提升核电工程项目安全质量管理水平。Combine the construction characteristic of nuclear power project and problems analysis of team building,this thesis put forward the connotation and characteristics of excellent team on safety quality and environment of nuclear power project.And through implementation of team leader registration,variations contents and standard,classification and dynamic management on team,setting team promoter,positive incentive and others practices to improve the level of safety and quality management of nuclear power project.
