摘　　要：人类对自身活动周期性的认识,自古就已开始,近代人们逐渐摸索到生命物质的运动遵循特定的时空规律,提出了生物节律的概念。人体生物节律是以每位员工身体为研究对象,揭示人体体力、情感及智力规律的周期理论。基于此,本文在简要叙述人体生物节律理论的基础上,介绍了人体生物节律的计算方法,并从本单位员工生物节律展开了详细分析和探讨,提出人体生物节律的应用,有利于对人的行为做出正确的判断和警示。Since ancient times,people began to understand the periodicity of their own activities.In modern times,people have gradually found out that the movement of life matter follows the specific laws of time and space.This paper puts forward the concept of biological rhythm.The biological rhythm of human body is a periodic theory that takes every employee's body as the research object and reveals the laws of human body's physical strength,emotion and intelligence.On the basis of briefly describing the theory of human biological rhythm,this paper introduces the calculation method of human biological rhythm,analyzes and discusses in detail from the staff,and puts forward the application of human biological rhythm.It is advantageous to make correct judgment and warning to human behavior.
