摘　　要：食品安全关系到人们的身体健康,解决食品安全问题已经迫在眉睫。针对上述问题,首先提出基于传感器的无线传输网络,建立安全监控体系及系统架构。该系统可以对食品加工、运输环节进行安全管理,有效的保证食品的安全。Food safety concerns the health of people,and it is imminent to solve the problem of food safety.Firstly,the wireless transmission network based on sensor is proposed,and the security monitoring system and system architecture are established.The system can manage the food processing safely and effectively ensure the safety of food.
