摘　　要：民办高校为了突出自身办学特色,避免人才培养的同质化,选定特色的人才培养模式。本论文以STP理论为研究基础,针对民办高校的特点,以应用型人才培养为导向,以工商管理类专业为研究对象,提出了"差别化"+"订单式"的人才培养模式。This article will base on the research of STP theory,taking MBA majors as research objective,to focus on the feature of the private school,be oriented by employment to cultivate practical talents.By following that,it hypothesizes野the Diversified and Customized冶talent cultivation model.This model not only establishes its own characteristics to win the reputation,but sincerely redesigns the cultivation model to adapt the different student groups and severe social competition and finally could efficiently avoid to cultivate homogeneous talents.
