摘　　要：目的评价冻干同种异体下颌骨复合自体松质骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的临床疗效。方法采用异体冻干骨复合自体松质骨修复41例下颌骨缺损(其中节段植骨修复23例,颗粒植骨填充18例)。结果术后随访2~12年,38例患者未发现术后感染及排斥现象,23例节段植骨修复患者中22例植入骨生长好,外形佳,1例同期种植体植入患者术后4个月受植区感染并瘘道形成;18例颗粒植骨填充患者中16例一期愈合,2例患者出现术后1周口内创口感染、裂开;结论冻干同种异体下颌骨复合自体松质骨移植是下颌骨重建的可靠易行的方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of lyophilized allogeneic mandible combined autogenous cancellous bone to repair mandibular defects.Methods 41 cases of mandibular defect were repaired with lyophilized bone allograft combined autogenous cancellous bone(23 cases of segmental bone graft,18 cases of grain filling bone graft).Results Postoperative follow-up of 2-12 years,38 patients were found no postoperative infection and rejection.22 cases of 23 patients with segmental bone graft had primary healing and good contour,another case with synchronous implanting had an infection and fistula formation 4 months after operation;16 cases of 18 patients with grain filling bone graft had primary healing,2 cases had postoperative wound infection and dehiscence.Conclusion Lyophilized allogeneic mandible combined autogenous cancellous bone graft is one of the reliable and feasible methods in mandibular reconstruction.
