基于关键词共现分析的卫生急救装备模块化设计研究

摘　　要：目的以中国知网数据库中文献发表量为基础,分析卫生急救装备间的关联性,进而划分装备模块,为提高应急救援效率和优化卫生资源的配置提供参考依据。方法采用关键词共现分析法,以装备之间的共检量作为关联尺度的量化指标,再通过传递闭包算法进行模糊聚类分析,划分装备模块。结果通过对18项装备的聚类分析,共划分出4个卫生急救装备模块,分别为医疗保障模块、辅助诊疗模块、现场急救模块和外科手术模块。结论本次研究将共现分析与模糊聚类分析相结合,充分考虑了不同卫生装备间的研究发表关联性,所划分出的模块可以为卫生急救装备的管理提供参考依据,为医疗急救资源的优化组合提供了新的分析思路。Objective To provide reference for improving the efficiency of emergency rescue and optimize the allocation of health resources,this paper analyzed the correlation between health emergency equipment and divided the equipment module based on the published volume of CNKI database.Methods By using the covariance analysis method,the common inspection quantity between the equipment was used as the quantification index of the association scale,and then the fuzzy clustering analysis was carried out by the transitive closure algorithm,at last the equipment module was divided.Results Four health emergency equipment modules:auxiliary diagnosis module,field emergency module and surgical module were divided into medical security module through the cluster analysis of 18 items.Conclusion The co-occurrence analysis was combined with fuzzy clustering analysis in this study.Meanwhile,the relationship between the published research of different health equipment was taken into account.The modules can provide a basis for the management of health emergency equipment and a new analytical approach for the combination of optimization of medical emergency resources.
