摘  要:目的论述可穿戴技术在生理信号监测中的应用和发展,推动穿戴式医疗设备在技术和管理上的发展。方法通过调研近5年的研究成果和市场趋势,分析可穿戴医疗设备的各关键技术及其遇到的问题和挑战,并提出相应的发展对策。结果生理监测类的穿戴式医疗设备主要包含了信息采集、信号处理、数据通信、应用软件等模块。可穿戴式医疗设备监测的生理数据是远程医疗的重要组成部分,它是大数据医疗和智能诊断研究的数据基础,然而其数据准确性、信息安全性、医疗监管等方面的不足限制了穿戴式医疗设备的发展。结论可穿戴式医疗设备是目前医疗设备的研究热点,随着技术的更新和监管力度的加大,可穿戴式医疗设备将在未来持续发力。Objective In order to promote the development of wearable medical devices in technology and management,the application and development of wearable technology in physiological signal monitoring were discussed.Methods The key technology and the existing problems of the wearable medical instrument were discussed by investigating the research achievement and the market tendency in recent 5 years.Moreover,the corresponding development strategies were also proposed.Results The wearable medical instrument on physiological monitoring contained information collection,signal processing,data communication and application software,etc.The physiological signal that was collected from the wearable instrument was not only an important part of telemedicine,but also the data base of big data medical and intelligent diagnostic research.However,the development of wearable medical instrument was limited because of the lacking of data accuracy,information security and medical supervision.Conclusion The research of wearable medical instrument will be a hotspot.With the development of the technology and regulations,the wearable medical devices will continue to grow in the future.
