采用L-M算法对变频器干扰环境下电液控制系统的参数辨识研究

摘  要:针对变频器电磁干扰环境下,对存在纯延迟的电液控制系统参数辨识时,采用普通最小二乘方法精度不够、效率低等问题,提出采用L-M(Levenbreg-Marquardt)算法对系统参数进行辨识的方法,在延迟时间已知的条件下建立了电液控制系统的可辨识离散时域差分方程模型,在系统输出信号含有现场真实变频器电磁干扰时,分别采用L-M算法和普通最小二乘算法对系统参数进行了辨识,仿真结果表明,前者在参数辨识精度上比后者高5.43%,辨识速度快46.4%。Aiming at the ordinary least squares method is low efficiency and could not meet the precision demand at parameters identification of the electro-hydraulic control system,when the system exist interference of frequency converter and the pure time delay.Propose adopting L-M(Levenbreg-Marquardt)algorithm to identify parameters of that electro-hydraulic control system.Establish an identifiable discrete time domain difference model equation of the electro-hydraulic system in the condition of knowing the delay time.Using the L-M algorithm and the ordinary least squares algorithm identify the system parameters respectively when the system output signal contains the electromagnetic interference of frequency converter from the real experiment.The simulation results shows that the L-M algorithm is 5.43%higher in accuracy of identified parameters and 46.4%faster in identification speed than the least squares method.
