摘 要:为了满足飞行器的舵机控制和刹车控制等领域的需要,特推出2D电液压力伺服阀。目前,压力伺服阀种类很少,而且多采用压力传感器作为输出进行闭环,这类伺服阀受环境温度变化影响,温漂较大。2D电液压力伺服阀采用两级结构。以LVDT传感器检测先导级阀芯位移作为反馈量,对先导级阀芯进行闭环控制,可以有效避免压力传感器温漂大的问题。实验结果表明,滞环大小为2.82%,线性度大小为3.4%,经试验研究,2D电液压力伺服阀的频宽可以达到70Hz。In order to meet the needs of the aircraft steering gear control and brake control,the 2D electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is introduced.At present,there are few types of pressure servo valves,and the pressure sensors are used as the output for the closed-loop,which is affected by the temperature change of the environment.2D electric hydraulic pressure servo valve adopts two levels of structure.Using the LVDT sensor to detect the displacement of the pilot valve core as the feedback,the closed-loop control of the pilot valve core can effectively avoid the problem of temperature drift of the pressure sensor.The experimental results show that the dilatation size is 2.82%,the linearity is 3.4%,and the frequency width of the 2D electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve can reach 70Hz.
