摘　　要：综述大同矿区千万吨矿井群特厚煤层高效综放智能开采技术创新概况。首先研发了适用于塔山煤矿20 m特厚煤层大采高综放成套技术与装备,实现特厚煤层安全高效开采;其次,考虑资源利用率、环境保护、社会经济效益,实现了11个大型千万吨矿井之间的资源与设备的统一调配与管理,生产技术管理统一化、标准化;然后,在同忻煤矿进行了智能化综采放顶煤技术创新,应用智能放煤决策系统、智能放煤控制系统、采放运一体化协同控制三项关键技术,通过千兆工业环网、工作面通信、视频、集成控制系统,形成了综放面成套智能化开采系统,再结合灾害防治、污染监测、数字化矿山以及节能减排技术,最终形成千万吨级综放工作面智能控制关键技术体系;最后,提出同煤集团智能化综放开采发展方向。The innovation overview of the high efficiency,intelligent fully mechanized mining technology for the extra-thick coal seam in the10million coal mine group of the Datong mining area is summarized.Firstly,the complete set of technology and equipment for large mining height fully mechanized mining applied to the20m extra thick seam in Tashan Coal Mine was developed to realize the safe and efficient mining of the extra thick seam.Secondly,considering the utilization rate of resources,environmental protection and social economic benefits,the unified allocation and man?agement of resources and equipments among11large-scale10million-ton-a-year mines were realized,and the produc?tion technology management was unified and standardized.Then,with the technical innovation of the intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving technology in Tongxin Coal Mine,three key technologies such as intelligent coal release deci?sion-making system,intelligent coal release control system,mining,release and transportation synergy control were ad?opted,through the gigabit industrial ring network,face communication,video and integrated control system,a complete set of intelligent mining system for fully mechanized working face was formed,and combined with the disaster prevention and control,pollution monitoring,digital mine and energy-saving and emission reduction technologies,the key technical system to intelligent control of10million fully mechanized working face was finally formed.Finally,the development trend of intelligent fully mechanized mining was put forward for Datong Coal Mine Group.
