影响消化性溃疡抗溃疡药物治疗依从性相关因素临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响消化性溃疡患者药物治疗依从性相关因素。方法回顾性分析114例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,根据依从性标准进行评估,并对比依从性好与依从性差两组患者年龄、性别、文化程度、溃疡知识、药物不良反应、不良心理因素、经济收入、家庭支持等方面的差异。结果114例消化性溃疡患者药物治疗依从性好的有74例(64.91%,74/114),依从性差的有40例(35.09%,40/114);依从性差组患者缺少溃疡知识35.00%、存在药物不良反应30.00%、不良心理因素22.50%、经济收入差25.00%、高于依从性好组的17.57%、12.16%、8.11%、10.81%(P<0.05)。结论影响消化性溃疡患者药物治疗依从性影响因素多种多样,应实施针对性措施。Objective To investigate the factors influencing compliance of drug treatment in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Analyse retrospectively114cases of peptic ulcer patients.Evaluating according to the compliance standards,and comparethe differences in age and gender,culture degree,ulcer knowledge,adverse drug reactions,adverse psychological factors,economic income,family support and other aspects between the groups with good compliance and bad compliance.Results74cases in114cases(64.91%,74/114)have good compliance of drug therapy in patients with peptic ulcer,40cases of poor compliance(35.09%,40/114);There are35%poor compliance patients lack knowledgeof ucler,30.00%have adverse drug reactions,adverse psychological factors account for22.50%and the percentage of poor income is25%,higher than the tade of good compliance group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing the compliance of patients with peptic ulcer,and targeted measures should be taken to improve the compliance.
