小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法选取白内障患者90例,将白内障患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组45例;观察组实施小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,对照组实施常规手术,将两组硬核白内障患者的手术效果实施对比。结果观察组硬核白内障患者并发症发生率与对照组并发症发生率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组硬核白内障患者治疗后的角膜散光度(0.95±0.05)度、手术时间(51.24±2.47)min优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障具有十分显著的临床效果,能降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间、改善患者角膜散光度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract.Methods90patients with cataract were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with45cases in each group.The observation group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and the control group with conventional surgery.The surgical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in patients with cataract in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Corneal astigmatism(0.95±0.05),Time(51.24±2.47)min were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery hard cataract clinical effect is better.The treatment can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the operation time,improve corneal astigmatism.
